At 4iiii South Africa, we pride ourselves in customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with the product you receive, you may return any unused item(s) purchased from this website, together with it's original packaging and accessories within the first fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery and we will refund you, although cancelled credit card orders are subject to a 5% administration fee. The purchaser is responsible for the return shippings costs of the item(s).
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email info@4iiii.co.za for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (“RMA#”). Any packages returned without a RMA# are subject to being returned to sender.
4iiii South Africa is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments and we recommend you insure all returns. The returned item(s) must be delivered to 4iiii South Africa in the same condition as sold, with undamaged packaging and include all parts, accessories, manuals and documentation.

4iiii South Africa cannot accept returns of products purchased through a reseller or distributor.

4iiii South Africa warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (the invoice date) to the original purchaser. Defects that have resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, excess moisture, insects, improper or inadequate packing for shipment, lightning, power surges, or unauthorized tampering, alteration or modification are not covered under the limited warranty. 4iiii will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product with a comparable product, at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, with the customer to be responsible for all shipping and handling costs [and with return shipping and handling costs to be paid for by 4iiii South Africa after the product has been repaired or replaced]. Replacement products may be new, refurbished or reconditioned and are warranted for the unexpired period of the original purchase, or 30 days from the date of shipment, whichever is greater. Any products replaced by 4iiii South Africa shall be the property of 4iiii South Africa.
